How does it work?

Prices showed on products are for a renting period of one week (7 days). We will send a return label with the product to be used by the client to return the product on time. If you want to rent the products for a longer period, please contact us at uncutgemsspain@gmail.com.

All items will be photographed before shipping and a document with the images and specifications (product value and insurance costs) will be sent to the client for them to accept and sign. Items should be returned in the same condition they were rented, if not a penalty will apply depending on the item’s value.

Clients are entitled to pay a penalty amount if products aren’t returned in the condition they were shipped (no alterations of the products are allowed). Penalties in the products vary depending on the damage (reversible damage: 50% of the product’s value, non-reversible damage: 90% of the product’s value).

Production companies renting products should send their insurance policy forms ahead of receiving the items, so we can validate it.
